The only "innovation" / change that the hun introduced was that thumbnail posting site.
I don't think it was a success. So I guess, that person is just not very good at such things. Or he doesn't like to reinvest his money.
Because that's what he should have done. I agree with the above: if the hun had kept up with the times, he would be dominating the biz.
