With all that said, don't just move somewhere. Pick a few place and go live in each one for 3 - 6 months and see if you like it once the newness wears off. See if there will be visa issues that will force you out after X amount of days. Move around until you find THE PLACE, and when you do, you will know it.
you're kidding right? cost of travel. in euro the price of a ticket will take you to another country while in the states the same ticket will take you to another state.
