I read somewhere that if you keep a very small queue and make sure all your movies are showing a wait, then their algorithm will bump you up so that you get movies before other people with larger queues.Comment

Been using it for over 6 years now - LOVE IT.
It's great for getting TV shows, foreign films, indys that most of the video stores don't have, etc. There have been problems here and there, but they are always quick to solve them.

its awsome for me. im in michigan and their hub is in lansing (the capital of michigan...duh, not detroit), so i get stuff asap. i love it. i go through swings of few movies then tons of movies. never had a problem. most come in a day or so. very few have ever had a waiting tine.Comment

i love netflix, but hate the throttling system. makes it very hard to get a new release. but living in a rural area, its a must as we don't have much of a video selection here.Comment

I've only had 1 or 2 new releases get on long wait - even star wars movies were available pretty much right away.
The 40 Year Old Virgin is STILL a long wait - they must have under-bought that one.

I love Netflix too since I hate waiting in the looong blockbuster lines. I thought I had returned 2 movies but they never arrived back to them. They removed them from my account with no charge to me. I did end up finding them later and returned them, but the way they handled it was great.Comment
