to answer to your question, Google is acting strange since the last few days.
this site went from PR0 to PR3 to PR0 in 2 days. same from my other site pr2 -> PRO ->PR3->PR2....... So, I don't know what is my PR!!!

but before that, to get there ;o) I'm a free siter and I put my recips on every warning pages (10 per site) plus trading ..... that's all I do.
