I don't think it's apples and pears UNLESS you have told your members at registration that other sites will carry their information. most people joining a dating site expect you to keep their privacy.. if you're putting their pics on other sites without their permission, it's wrong in my view.
We offer member galleries but every photo in there has received the member's explicit permission to use their photo in other areas on the site and for off-site promotion.
In Australia businesses are required to have a privacy policy and list exactly what will happen with visitor's details.Comment

Whatever arrangements for the privacy of their cam performer operators make, I can't comment. I operate a dating site. But I would hope that cam sites care as much about their performers as we do about our members.Comment
