I had a thread on first page for three whole days, asking which converts better for you SizeGenetics or ProExtenderSystem ... no one even tried answering that thread .. it seems hardly 1% of people here promotes SG.

10-11 new webmasters making first sale daily is a big number afaik.

The bottom line is, you need to have the right traffic for this stuff.

And general porn traffic isn't good enough for it.

That's why only mailers and SE spammers promote it.

I did send ~14k of SE traffic and only got 4 sales.

My Keywords looked like this:

.....enlarge penis
how to enlarge your penis
enlarge penis size
how to get a enlarge penis size
make enlarge penis size
how to make your enlarge penis
make enlarge penis
how to make enlarge penis size
how to make my enlarge penis size
make you penis bigger
how do you make my small penis bigger
can i make my small penis bigger
bigger penis pump
penis get a bigger penis
grow bigger penis
how to get a bigger penis at home
make my enlarge penis size......

Maybe not the best keywords, but I did really think they would convert better than 1:3500.

Edit: ops, it was more like 13k, but still...

a 1 gb mysql database crashed some time ago and I lost 700 domains.

So I don't think I got much left of this traffic, but I'm pretty sure I can send the same traffic again soon.
