                                                                              It is no secret that the owners of the MC have wanted to tear that piece of shit down and build a new themed casino to compete with NY NY, the Venetian, etc. I guess they won't have to fight the permit process anymore now.

                                                                                  That's exactly where I was going with this. If they were smarter, they would of set off more than just the penthouses. Now they have to keep the hotel and pay for it to be renovated.
