Many hours later we left. As we stepped outside I saw a vehicle that was identical looking to mine sitting directly outside the front door of Down Under. I said "Damn, that looks just like mine." Then we got in the cab to head back to the other side of town to get my car. I gave the driver the address of the party location.
The cab driver pulled over half a block later and told us we were there. The car parked in front of Down Under was mine. DOH!
I think I tipped the guy like 20 bucks for wasting his time.
We came walking back up the street laughing and everybody standing in front of the club was like WTF are you doing walking back here. So I had to explain my stupidity then we got in the car and left.
I remember when you told me that story.. I laugh to this day everytime i think about it.
