I emailed some lady at an animal abuse website and she said this:
If the cat did not sustain any injuries, I do not believe anything will be done about it. Perhaps you would be far better off, slamming his email inbox with concerned letters.
Also you can go to www.aspca.org (American Society For The Prevention Of Cruelty To Animals) to complain and www.hsus.org (The Humane Society Of The United States) also. I gather this is an American Website, not Canadian. If Canadian, then go to www.cfhs.ca (Canadian Federation Of Humane Societies).
Lodge complaints wherever possible, pointing out that uninformed people seeing a video clip such as this, may make them think this is a Safe Practice, which of course, it is not.Comment

After so many threads, so much rage and real anger, resolve the problem in a very business like way. Vote with your dollars, euros, etc.
If you do not want to do business with ProHosting because of this incident there are so many other hosting companies out there, do your business with them.
If I hosted with them I would move but each of you needs to make your own decsion and act.
The rest of this rage will be blown over before I get back from Las Vegas but if you move he will pay a real price and learn a very expensive lesson.Comment

I happen to support peta and animal rescue, what you may think is "fun and games" is NOT, look at the size of that cat in relation to you, now tell me dear, would you like being tossed against your will to land on your head?! I know this reply is late as hell. Somehow I never saw this response. Don't feel bad about anything that happened. I posted the videos to bring more attention to the situation. I brought the trouble on myself.
Animal abusers have always been towards the top of my shitlist. I've been a volunteer for the local humane society and am occasionally involved in some kind of abuse case. I've been to court to testify against people abusing or neglecting their animals. This was the first major thing I ever did to an animal abuser and frankly I am proud as hell to have played a part in it and I am glad you started the thread.
FWIW, I knew one of the detectives that showed up. I had a job where I worked as a communications contractor for the city and had dealt with him in that capacity. Once they realized who I was and that I wasn't the bad guy they were very nice.I like pie.Comment
