From what I can tell, it appears KinkyGirls.com has little to no content - a check of Archive.org shows it's been used over the years as a redirect to various affiliate programs; it appears the $65K purchase price was solely for that domain alone.

In regards to DormGirls.com, $35K is the ask ... I'll seriously consider all offers of at least $9K.

Currently there's one offer very close to that, but still negotiating details with that prospective buyer.

I'd like to sell it sooner than later so I can focus on other things ... however, if it doesn't sell anytime soon, that's fine too since it's generating revenue and its underlying value continues to grow.

Paid $100 initially (domains were $50 per year back then; before that were free, but I missed that phase) and then all the renewals since then, plus spent a decent amount of money on related typo versions, development, etc. I've spent well into 6-figures on cannabis.com to make it what it is today; personally put a lot of time and effort into it.

No scam - domains, like physical real estate, have much underlying value, and continue to rapidly appreciate in value ... and anyone who believes prices are high now ain't seen anything yet ... domains are critical to do business in an internet world, and thus the demand, and consequently prices, will continue to grow for quality domain names.

From all indications, the sale appears legit ... $65K may be a lot to you, but to some I've dealt with, that's nothing ... it's all relative.
