(AP) Sick to death of bad puns based on the name of the planet Uranus, world scientests have unilaterally agreed that the planet needs a new name. "The toilet humor has gone too far", states Dr. Stroganov of the International Consortium of Astronomical Scientific Studies (I.C.A.S.S.) "We will no longer be ridiculed by a scientifically ignorant public. The name was supposed to be pronounced YU-ruh-nus but people insisted on calling it "Your anus".
I.C.A.S.S. has come up with a list of alternate names, one of which will be chosen next week by ballot. The alternatives are as follows:
Urectum
Ursphincter
Urasshole
GoatseWorld
In the interim, I.C.A.S.S. has asked the public to refrain from making inconsiderate and tasteless puns about Uranus.
