we have a street called 17th ave that has tons of pubs and patios, if you love patios which i do there is tons of places you can go.

also a great place is a mall called "Chinook" and there is a Joey Tomatoes with a roof top patio on it.

Calgary all people do is drink, if you like parks you can also check out Princess Island Park, it is always busy as hell and normally some kind of activites happening.

It really depends on what exactly you are looking to do? i spend my times in summer on patios drinking with friends trying out new food.
