Really I did. I had such high hopes. Was healthy through out fall and most of winter. Until last week that is. I got up and felt ok, a little down but still overall ok. Went and started breakfast and almost all of a sudden a headache dropped in and I felt a little woozy. By the time my coffee was poured my lower back felt like it was on fire and my stomach turned sour. I grabbed a large pot and retreated to the bedroom. Got back into bed and then the sweats started, my muscles started to ache, and it felt like I had two opposing tectonic plates in my abdomen.
Turns out I pulled a trifecta. I had landed a kidney/bladder infection, a head cold, and the flu all in one fucking day. All in all not a very fun week.
