    catnip for adults, im not joking LOL

    As some of you may know I've been doing the new years kick and working out - im on the bowflex and on week 5 and its doing awesome! So I'm a hardcore UFC fan and have been brainwashed to try "xyience". So I grab a bottle of these pills at a wopping 50 bux or so and get a free tshirt lol..

    I pop one this morning and begin my workout - I finished the workout which normally id be exhausted without even getting out of breath, only to have unlimited energy for hours almost to the point of being annoying.

    So I checkout the ingredients. green tea extract equalling 300mg of caffeine (how many cups of coffee is that?), even has cayenne pepper (no doubt for increasing metabolism etc and more). I felt like a c0ke fiend lol.

    Just felt like blessing you all with that. not sure ill take one of those again hahaha

      300mg caffeine is about 1.5 cups of coffee.

                      Because when you ingest caffeine in pill form it is absorbed far faster than coffee. When you drink coffee you sip at it over time. With the pills it just hits you all of a sudden with nothing to slow it down.
                      Especially on an empty stomach, or in your case working out.
