                                  You mean he wants t deposit first? That's commonplace when you're not an established client, so I don't think that is a valid complaint.

                                  If he provided a "shit product 100%" did you tell him that and give him the chance to correct it? Maybe you should post a link or some screenshots of his work so we can all have a look at it. By just ranting and raving and name calling and not providing any proof one way or the other you are making yourself look childish.

                                              I dont have it.. I never took it.. He kept trying to make me pay for me but i asked for peoples opinions and people just didnt like it. Thats all I been doing adult before he even has enough cash for a computer or even a pencil. I only had 2 problems on this board.. 1 for a guy not like a site i sold him because somehow it died out when he got it when we transfered hosts and this guy.. Never with anyone else.. I am well enough known in this industry that a punk like that can only pop a pimple that I used to get on my ass PERIOD

                                                  sorry but we need more proof than you blowing off steam - there is always two sides to every story. first designer need to get at least 50% from clients on orders over a certain amount unless they are repeat and even then there is a certain negotiable amount up front.

                                                  If your unhappy with the work then it's up to you to provide in details what you want or wanted so that the designer has a chance to develop your dream into reality. Yet you have provided no proof, no details on how much input you had in the project or call logs/icq - so right now all that can be said is that the jury is still out until such time that someone steps up to the plate. For all we know you paid money - continued to complain asking for minor changes until the designer said, "enough of this shit of continuing to make changes for free". You usually get a limit on the amount of free changes before you get paid.

They consider how many hours they have to work when they give you a quote. Just because you didn't take shit doesn't mean you didn't tie them up for x hours. If you did not pay in full you owe them money whether you use the design or not unless agreed otherwise.
