someone that would do the same thing to you, that kimbo just did to one 'ole boy in that vid....
man, i love kimbo fights.... some people will never learn lol
i used to think i was kinda tuff.... until i started training, and then i seen what bad REALLY was, & i realaized that i ain't bad..... 99.99 percent of people who THINK they are bad, ain't bad....

well, i havent dona any training in the last 3 or 4 years truth be told.... i got fat & lazy & i get winded these days trying to whip my way out of a wet paper bag lol.....
but when i was, it was a combination of boxing ( with emphasis on dirty boxing) muay thai, submission grappling ( with emphasis on BJJ) combined with g&p...
but that was a different life & a long time ago... i'd like to start up again, but honestly i cant find the motivation... usually, it takes having someone whip you to make you want to start training again if you were ever a fighter..... but i am older now, and am never in places & positions that something like that would happen ( i stay away from problem places these days)
i have my ccw permit too, so i cant be fighting anyone, cause i'd lose my permint if i went to court & was foundd guilty of assault...
these days, i will walk away from damn near anything....
besides, im not bad.... i know some guys who are... but i know im not
Hey, if nothing else the victim stood there and went toe-to-toe - remember the other black guy ("Hey, look! Kimbo punched my eye out!")? That guy was running as much as fighting. So stupid/insane or otherwise, I respect this guy for not backing down or turtling.
I love Kimbofights, that dude is strong as fuck, no matter if he lost to Gannon or not, I have mad respect for him as a fighter, I have my views on the Gannon / Kimbo fight but no one gives a shit, I still think that everyone deserves to get their ass handed to them every once in a while, keeps you real, and keeps that little bit of fear in your head that makes you protect yourself better..
The dude in this video had decent form, but he did not react quick enough, and if you notice... his hair band broke and his braids came undone so he spent most of the time whipping his hair out of his face... which I am sure was a serious drawback..
I would have taken advantage of him on the second time he whipped his hair back and just pounded him in the face..
most people have seen kimbo beat a grand total of one person in an ugly haymaker contest, and think he is a great fighter. yawn.
tell ya what, i am looking at it from the perspective of someone who has been hit a few times & im tellin ya, if that man hit you, you would not want to fight him anymore, even if you kept fighting, you would still be mentally beat (which means you are going to lose if you are mentally beaten) espescially once you hit him back & see that you didnt hurt the man, you will be like awwweee fuck, this is gonna suck... hell, look at the first fight of him with the other big black dude... yeah that guy sucked, but when he seen how agressive kimbo was & when he hit kimbo & didnt hurt him, you seen every bit of fight leave that mans body... he was whipped in the first few seconds of that fight... only reason he even kept fighting was because he was 1:on film 2: being bet on by his boys 3: didnt wanna be TOO much of a bitch...
so that is what im going off of... dont think kimbo is just some big strong guy who throws wild punches.... he has skill, and he is always calm (well, maybe calm isnt the right word, lol) & collective no matter if its going his way or not...
yeah, thrs guys that can whip him.... but they are few & far between....
In my opinion, kimbo would last about a minute with a seasoned MMA guy, like a Pedro Rizzo. I think even Tank Abbot would put him down. Why? Look at his opponents. The only 'decent' guy he fought, Gannon, beat him and that was with no knees, no kicks, no submissions, no takedowns, all of which are are fair game in MMA and a street fight. Further, Gannon got his ass handed to him in MMA by an average fighter.
Call Kimbo whatever you want but there's no doubt he has some pretty impressive punching power. You can look at those hands and immediately know that if you get caught with a couple it's gonna be a problem.
Anyone know how much they bet on this "fight?"
I've trusted my sites to them for over a decade...
