    the gov. signed legislation banning all abortions in South Dakota

    The bill would make it a crime for doctors to perform an abortion unless it was necessary to save the woman's life. It would make no exception in cases of rape or incest.

              actually it wasn't. I live close to SD and knew they were talking about this for a long time. I thought they signed it last week but, you are right it happend today. I just read the article about it.
