you and about 30 studios in the valley are scrambling for seasoned web people now. the move to web now is insane and there aren't enough skilled webmasters and program managers to go around.

Not really... I know plenty of webmasters ect looking for work.

im more talking about people to run and build programs. there are literally none of those. you'd have to steal them from other programs. maybe i'm reading too much into her post, but it is fact that many many video companies are looking for people to run programs, build brands, and take video companies to the web now. that is a fact.

You have the apache exploit that is allowing js inserts to happen. Your host needs to upgrade you and find the package that allows them to manage this on your servers.

This is what is causing it, it's at the footer.. You can delete it but it will prob show back up after a short period of time. Your host will also have to scan every file on your server to look for this and others.

I had a webmaster go in and see that the problem lies with my server so I have to have the hosting company remove it on Monday. Such a pain in my ass but I am working on it
