    The tube sites and their hosting

    Ok, I might sound stupid here but I'm just curious:

    If I'm not wrong, if I host on my hosting stolen content in any kind and the content owner writes to the hosting company with a proof that the content is stolen doesn't that mean, that the hosting company will terminate the account?

    Isn't the same with the tube sites? I'm not in them and actually took a look at few of them just to see from what are you guys so complaining (every third thread here is about them!!!)

    P.S. I'm not related in any way with any tube site... just curious

      Some will take it off,some wont. Right now vivid is suing a tube because they feel it shouldnt be their job to have look for their stolen content on a tube site. I agree it would be a full time job just monitoring sites for content.

          There are hosts that will host ANYTHING. How do you think people find hosting for C.P. sites?

              under that concept....as a society we should just shut down inner cities, trailer parks & section 8/hud housing

              then we wouldn't need a police dept....right?
