1. "No new taxes" (Sorry, Democrats)
2. No big new government programs (Sorry, Democrats)
3. Increasing civil liberties (Sorry, Republicans)
4. Less Jesus (Sorry, Republicans)
5. Smaller government but reduce the scale of existing government infrastructure and institutions; don't dismantle them. (Sorry, Church of Paul)
