Just wondering what the offical GFY lawyers think on this subject.

We see half a billion "tube" sites show up every other day using "keywordtube.com" and I've yet to hear of any complaints by google for infringing on their trademark.

So I wonder what about myspace.com? Are people getting away with using "mykeywordspace.com" domains? Think either of them will ever start dragging out the lawyers for all these pop up sites?
