    Woohoo, i'm seeing daylight again

    Took me almost a week to get back on normal shedule again after months of going to bed 8 in the morning and waking up 5 in the afternoon.

    I usually skip 1 night and go to bed the next evening but it went all wrong this time. Like falling asleep 3 in the afternoon, waking up at midnight etc. But now finally i did it. Woke up 8 in the morning and i feel perfectly fine!

    This will last about 5 days and then i'm fucked again

      I cannot stand seeing the sunlight when i am still up makes me feel like i was doing E, not that i would know anything about that....

          Why does my body refuse to sleep at night. I don't get it. It's normal to feel tired at night.

                                              same problem here... trying to switch over now aswell, woke up 3AM today, so hopefully by tomorrow i can go up 8AM or so.

                                              Tried to switch many times during 10 years now and always the same... a week or two later I'm back again

                                              If I fail this time I will just say fuck it and sleep daytime for the rest of my life.

                                                                  lol I only see about 2 hours of daylight everyday in the winter months lol That is unless my g.f decides to just show up at my house and wake me up at 12. I'd be mad if sex wasn't involved lol

                                                                              I was like that for the past week or so, then yesterday passed out at 3am and woke up at 10am in the morning thinking that I'll start seeing more sunlight.... it's now 5:30am and I'm still up. Gonna run to sauna around 6-ish hopefully that'll knock me out.

                                                                                      Do you wake up frequently? Maybe you have insomnia. I have a similar problem, but I also wake up a lot. Doctor says that is a form of insomnia. People often think insomniacs never sleep. That is not always the case. They do sleep, but frequently wake up. I feel tired most of the time because of this.

                                                                                          Well, not in my case. As I sleep usually at 9am and wakes up at 4 or 5 at the afternoon! That's my life for over 7 months now.

                                                                                                          Used to have the same problem. If I'm awake passed Midnight, doesn't matter how tired I am, I just wake right up and can't get to sleep.

                                                                                                          When I started running and workig out so much I started being sooo tired by 10PM I couldn't stay up, now I wake up at 8AM like clockwork.
