Took me almost a week to get back on normal shedule again after months of going to bed 8 in the morning and waking up 5 in the afternoon.
I usually skip 1 night and go to bed the next evening but it went all wrong this time. Like falling asleep 3 in the afternoon, waking up at midnight etc. But now finally i did it. Woke up 8 in the morning and i feel perfectly fine!
This will last about 5 days and then i'm fucked again
