someone help me with this psych question

I can't find the answer to this question:

The idea that one's biochemistry may be associated with certain personality characteristics can be traced to the: Stone Age. ancient Greeks. Middle Ages. Renaissance.

I'm thinking ancient greeks but not sure and tired of looking for the answer... anybody know?

Without looking it up, I can tell you that it's at least the Greeks.

They originated the ideas of different color biles (some of which don't actually exist in reality) giving different types of moods. it was related to the philosophy pof the humors.

            Damn GFY. :-P

I wanted to add that it's possible that something can be traced back to the Stone Age... dunno... but I can say with certainty that it's the Greeks, if not before.

Well if you look at the word for that concept, you'll be able to see where it came from.
