What a neat experience this was!!
I was totally shocked to see these pics... nevermind being called to show up for this scene in the first place! A friend and I went to apply with a casting agent after we heard the production (Casino Royale) was looking for 'touristy types' to fill various roles here in Nassau. We applied and we got the part!
Daniel Craig is a really nice guy, BTW. He's not stuck up at all. In fact, he's very open and chatty with people in general (from spending the day around him.) I don't know how he will do as a 'Bond' he's either going to hit a home run or he's going to be running home!!
But you know one thing that surprized me about him? He's much shorter than I anticipated. I met Pierce Brosnan last year on set (same thing, different movie) and he was easily 6' 5". Daniel is no taller than 5' 8"!
Anyway, after all the editing I am sure I will end up on the cutting room floor. This paparazzi shot is as close to fame as I will probably get!
