So, what about people who come from families with history of obesity, getting in amazing shape from proper eating, supplementation and exercise? Are they freaks of nature?
I'm only asking, because ive seen this same exact rhetoric from lazy, obese people who didn't want to get off the couch. Instead they complained and blamed their health issues on genetics.

If you starve yourself for lean chisled look, you wont be getting it. You'll just lose whatever muscle you have and get sick.
I have seen so many people with this mentality who have change their lives dramatically all from eating better, working out and with proper supplements.
