    Can YOU afford this condo in Grand Cayman?

    Just got back from my vacation in Grand Cayman

    I was there 2 years ago and looked at the model for a Ritz Condo. It was $2 million, now it's $3.6

    Had another great vacation on my favorite island. Claire and I took an hour walk on the most pristine beach every day. It was our 4th visit to the island in 6 years. Came home to the snow

          I remember in 2002 when I was there it was still being built, and then the storm hit last year which I thought would have delayed construction by some time. Still, what's 3.6 MM for a 2400 sqft pad by the beach!

                                      LOL Caymans are intentionally for the uber rich. You have to have a return ticket to even be allowed through customs. To become a citizen your net worth better be near 50M or more...Oh ya and you have to bring your money there with you...and of course keep it there

                                                                                                      When i pay $3.6 million for a pad i don't want to be on top of hundreds of other peons. For that money id want some space, some peace and quiet !
