Anyone can be lean and muscular to varying degrees, depending on your build, but you have to have discipline and exercise hard, lifting weights and doing some cardio and eating really well all in combination.
The proof in what I am saying is the endless examples of former out of shape, overweight people who made a startling transformation to their physiques by applying the principles of lifting weights, eating very healthy (and not overeating) and doing some cardiovascular exercise.
Anyone saying you need great genetics or saying that they have slow metabolisms, thyroid imbalances or a myriad of other nonsense excuses as to why they personally can't get lean and ripped don't know what they are talking about or are downright full of shit.

Feel better after the rant? The way he looks if you know anything genetics plays a big part of that, the thin skin and the muscle bellies. My brother has never been overweight, when he was in his 20's he ate extremely clean. Workout very very hard was in excellent condition but never had that brad pitt /Hal look. He looked good but didnt have that ripped type of look. Thats genes. So the guy asking can get in great shape with working hard but if he doesnt have the tools he isnt going to have that look.
