Eric M. Bernstein is a complete and utter moron. There is a reason that he has had to BUY his way into speaking on panels at shows.
He's the attorney that all the other attorneys laugh about behind his back.
The last time I heard him speak, he clearly contridicted himself. When he was asked about it his reply was: "Yes, I did." Then he continued to do the same. IMHO, he's not a very bright fella.
