Yes the lawyers name is in the above posting. If I did not give them permission to use my images, yes they can be sued. You can't just take images off of a website and use them how you see fit. Pleasurepays is in the US and he is the one that stole two images, so he is getting sued. GFY is not protected, they just assume they are not held to the law.
