Your picture is on the social sites now too, suing them? Or the the people that put it up? What about the img share sites? You will be busy.
You can't sue GFY, it's a forum it's protected. You can try to sue the user, but he isn't American and they won't arrest him, this isn't criminal activity, you will simply win a judgment and will have to go collect yourself.
Did you acually talk to a lawyer?
