It doesn't matter WHO they are owned by. The simple fact is that they sell out every game no matter what.
The Leafs had a great team when Gilmour was with them. Unfortunately, they just couldn't get it done back then.
The Leafs will not go far until Sundin is gone. With the salary cap now in place, his high price salary for little return has stumped any growth and talent the Leafs could have built upon.
They also rely too heavily on the shittest european players they can get their hands on... AnDORKpov anyone? Dude gets penalties even when he's not playing.
Raycroft was another mistake. While he had shone in the past, he just hasn't lived up to the hype of his rookie season. Again, if they weren't paying Shitdin so much money, they may have had the money to land one of the best goalies, Luongo.
