Sure it sounds good to have smaller govt focused on our constitution. Sounds great in theory, yet lets look at what is wrong with this country now. It's lobbyist and politicians in their pockets.
Ok reality check, by doing away with govt agencies it would be big business whom would take control with less regulations. Does that really sound better for the people? Sure our govt is far from perfect but I'd rather have them in charge than KBR / Halliburton.

Your completely missing the point of a free market.
Lobbyists have jobs because regulations are made by politicians which they can influence. Take that away and they lose control.
There's nothing wrong with competing regulations at state levels. Or consumer advocacy groups.
