    What in the FUCK? Canadians need a visa to visit the states?

    So i went to get my UK student Visa today.. Im Canadian and I am visiting the states here on holiday. I filled out my application in Florida, submitted it to the UK Embassy, and the security guard there was wondering why I didnt have a US I-94 or someshit visa..

    I was like what the fuck? Im here on holidays before I go to school.. and now I have to fill out a brand new application and write a letter why I dont have a us visa and yet im here.

    Wtf? I was supposed to get a visa? What do i write in this letter?

          I-94 is the form people who already have visas use when they enter the US. Not sure it applies to Canadians though. Guessing the security guy may be misinformed?

              That's what I'm thinking as well... I went over the requirements in Dec and you needed a passport to fly into the US and your divers license etc. if you were driving.. didn't see anything about a Visa.

                  canadians who have US visas

                  applying for a Uk visa should have nothing to do with it
