    Photoshop Help?

    Hot to put a flare to censor a nipple or pussy shot like you see on some tours?

    Define flare. Are you referring to a starburst (most likely) or a lens flare?

        Starburst sounds about right. All the tutorials i could find only showed how to pixellate edit

          Just use the brush tool, load the non default brushes if you haven't already and you'll see a little star, use that, then use a soft edge brush on top of it to cover the rest of the nipple. Use white, other colors don't really look good in my experience.

            Easiest way is to make the shape into a brush (do you know how to do that?) and then "brush" it over the img in white.
