    Is this copyright infringement?

    I don't want to say exactly what I have in mind since I havent registered it yet, but to name a few examples..

    MyCarSpace.com - myspace type website for car lovers
    MyPetSpace.com - myspace type website for pet lovers

    Like I said, those arent what I have in mind, just some examples. Would this be copyright infringement if I registered a My(Noun)Space.com domain and let it have the same concept of myspace?

      EDIT: Why copy the name of someone already on the board? Kind of stupid considering who it is you are copying.

          What do you mean someone already on the board? Were you speaking figuratively or did you literally mean someone here on GFY is doing my(noun)space type websites?
