Adult Performer Id requirements?

In the Us do we need to collect 1 form of id from the models or two? Also is it mandatory to have them take a picture of them holding the id up to there face? Would just scanning a color copy of there state issued id be enough?

Also i have a site with suggestive nudity but nothing is showing. The girls have there vagina and breast covered but they make sexy poses. For a site like that do i still need the 2257 disclaimer and information on my site? In other words the site contains no nudity.
