I come across acouple of site where you can write to people in Jail , some are in there for a short time and some are doing alot of time and some are on death row... Been thinking about writing to acouple... Any one here ever writen to anyone in Jail ?

I have a friend in jail, he went in '95 and got 35 years. I have written him on and off (well a few times) and just wrote him about a month ago. I got a letter back and wrote him and asked what he was in for exactly. Dhuuuu I should have gone on the website. Well I don't think I'll be getting a letter back as he's in there for something really bad. I was told it was for a large amount of crack cocaine but that was a lie.

My sister is a teacher in the Indiana prison. She was terrified at first, but once the guys settled down about having a cute female teacher, she says she enjoys it now! Without outside interractoin they have no idea what's going on in the world. The inmates are facinated with what she does for dinner, with friends, her house and pets...Comment

the only people i have have ever written in jail were people that i knew before they went there...
on the other hand i do have a friend who collects everything you can think of from serial killers including a ton of paintings...over the years he has talked on the phone and written to everyone from Charles Manson to Ted Bundy...and pretty much every other "famous" one you can think of...that shit just creeps me the fuck out...
