    What if we DMCA'd every single video on a tube site?

    Would it then be THEIR responsibility to prove which of the videos you own, and which ones they have to take down? Just a thought..

      You can't send in a DMCA complaint unless you are the copyright holder. If you submit something and you're not then you have liability.

        I thought DMCA's can only be filed by the copyright holder or by a firm hired by the copyright holder?
