Epassporte... Account verification see-saw... weeeeeaaaa
Well, my first legit complaint about Epassporte.
Recently they sent me an email to my epassporte account asking me to verify my account. I am not sure why either. When my account was setup, I did it at the main office of Paycom.net when they are one and the same. The gal who set it up ensured me that all of that crap is bypassed. I will never have this type of shit going on.
So I get this email but I have NO IDEA I even got it since I don't read my epassporte email. If I want to see who sent me money I just look at the transaction record.
So I call for an unrelated problem and the girl on the phone is kinda shocked that I don't read me emails. I am like, lady, important shit like account verification or we close your account should also go to the email I gave you when I setup the account. So apparently I have been getting notices and didn't know my account is about to be closed.
So I take the pictures. Nice ones... And send them in. I think it is done. Today I get another email. Only this time it is a first edition. Which means someone verified the account. And now it is asking AGAIN! WTF? How many fucking times do I need to verify the same fucking account with you people?Comment
