    best quick filter/plugin to make photos "POP"

    What is the best/easiest quick filter/plugin for CS2 or CS3 to make photos sharp, more vivid and basically "POP" better to the EYE?

    I used to use one called "ROMANCE" in CS.... but it doesn't seem to work with CS2 and above...
