          there icq is working but
          you have to wait till they get online... try to email them but to me their email is not working as i emailed them but no response at all...

              great question. I have just switched to Vista today and chamelleon seems NOT to be Vista compatible...

                  I was going to tell you to go to there forum but it seems to be down (can't give the link). Been using them a couple years now and this is the first time I've seen this. They answer pretty quick in their forum when it's up.
