and he's getting almost a free ride.. the bastard has the run of the whole house.. a place to park his TWO vehicles, use of the washer and dryer, he pretty much took over my 2 sheds AND garage with his useless crap and the list goes on and all for only $230 a month with free cable.. He thinks $230 gives him the right to complain? think again!

yesterday morning he bitched at me saying that I kept him up all night.. Hell, I was barely doing anything. Unless typing and talking at a very low volume on the phone is a noisy thing.. He said "I'm gonna go buy a heater and live in my van" I said "go right fucking ahead". Then, he says "the price of the heater will comne out of the rent". That's when I let him have it.. and he has the nerve to say that he will take the price of the heater off the rent AND use MY electricity to power it.. fat chance asshole.. I'll kill the breaker that powers the plug outside and you wil freeze to death.
