    Chargebacks.... Hell on Streamray

    Hi

    Im a stabile earner there, im trying to understand why without notice to webmasters, staff of streamray claims to be working on this huge nightmare thats going on about chargebacks. I see my stats on monday, can book my holidays, i see my stats now, i can better cancel the rest of my relations with all that hase to do with spending your earned money.

    STREAMRAY , i dont like to go UP and DOWN like to be a JOJO in matter of days with thousands of dollars spend. I spended hard cash for the traffic i send you guys, and seeing my money is now DOWN THE DRAIN harder then i even saw in all the years we are working togeter on traffic and sales.

    The affiliates i bring in, started complain since 2 weeks ago, by seeing -$XX.XX ammounts. How much faith you give them with these numbers ?
    According the stats they owe you money now, and thats not the fortune way of succes for both parties.

    Streamray, let us hear what you are doing with the stats, give us updates about the suddely cleaned out days. ( with no ammounts in the chargeback tab ) so, this is SUPER WEIRD.

              We are working on the fix for this right now. The data was not lost just needs to be reloaded for those days.

                          Yes in correcting the Chargeback issues we inadvertantly doubled everyones sales for several days, we are sorry for the confusion, most people should see a bump in sales due to credits from being double dinged on chargebacks, we are sorry for the errors, but we now believe the numbers to be true and correct.
