But again - on the other hand, there is no other country where you can solve your claims / sues in such a fast fashion as in the US.
The continental system is maybe more sophisticated, not that relying on the feelings and showtime, but defininitely more rigid and some cases will inevitably take years to come to a conlusion...

yeah, as I stated, it's amazing that it will work in the end. most cases comes to a conclusion. The system is not the problem, but the way people uses it. The good part is that the law is for there for everyone, it's fun to see big name celebrities going to jail, this wouldn't happen anywhere in the world but in the USA.
