      its taking place in my city - have seen the quaterfinals - those canada guys are far far better then the rest of the world - faster bigger better

                              Americans were supposed to be better than Canada this year. Canadian kids take this tournament way more seriously than any of the other countries.

                                  I think the parents and people involved with Hockey Canada take it more seriously tan anyone else. I guess they have a reputation to uphold. But I mean you look at the OHL, WCHL, and the ECHL and there are some competitive hockey played there. I have even met ppl in Europe on the trains who at 14 or 15 were already telling me how they wanted to come to Canada to play when they got older. I think most people in the hockey world know that Canada has the best development programs. Not to take anything away from Sweden or Russia, we just have bigger programs with more kids and that makes it more competitive.
