from what i hear Brasil is not the place you really want to shoot. The law says that it is illegal to make money off prostitutes. So what they usually do is call the cops once you don't want to shoot them anymore or they ask for more money after the shoot is done. Even if you pay they call the cops and they show up and throw you in the clink. Not really safe. Rio and Shahaha227;o Paulo are the obvious choises.
Fortaleza is definitively not good, in that whole area they call the "Nordeste" girls are always kinda ugly.
