Unless they properly inform people who were directly affected with all this shit, there will always be suspicion above the involvement of TMM in alll this. TMM people should learn more about good PR. As an example, look at how Mattel responded to the news on toys with toxic lead. They didn't respond like: "our customers don't know anything about law, we are doing things but we won't tell".
