I will actually write the ACLU about this. I think they actually do a good job on these issues. The FSC on the other hand is too concerned about raising money to look into this I'd imagine.
The reason they don't know is because not only do they not read the papers, they also do not go to council meetings, watch the courts, read the legal notices, subscribe to any of the official reporter newspapers, vote, read the real internet news (NOT to be confused with the corporate media's drivel) or do anything else to educate themselves. When was the last time the ACLU took a porn case? I think they are more worried about the rights of people who have no rights [illegals] these days, that and appealing to whacked out socialist-democrats. And yeah, the FSC does not do much of anything that is useful or worthwhile anymore.
