That's probally because people who operate in the real world keep legal procedings private pending a decision.
As for the rest you're more or less 100% wrong. I really think you need to re read what you posted, and then re read the filings because what occured in those inital filings seems to have gone way over your head. Not that it's particularly suprising.
PS: I know Al's track record in the court room, and from all the crap thats gone on aruond here I have a pretty good idea what yours is. Guess which one of you I'd trust with a legal situation. Hint: It's not you.
